New Treasurer for 2018/19 season
We are in the process of looking for a new treasurer for this season, due to our long standing treasurer, Jim Miller, stepping down from his current position at our AGM in July 2018. Jim has kept the finances at the Club in check for many years, ensuring everything runs smoothly and he will be greatly missed.
If anyone is interested in joining our committee, in the role of treasurer, please get in touch with our Club secretary, Elliott Crook.
Earlier today the FA published updated guidance for Clubs that are looking to re-start football activities.
The new guidance can seen by clicking on the link at the bottom of this post.
We would ask you to look in particular at the document called "Football Activity Guidance for parents and carers"
On the 7th June we posted a message to say that our U10's to U16's teams could begin training at Woodlands Park Sportsfield (WPSF) from the start of July if they wished to.
This is still the case and we have this evening sent out a detailed "Covid-19 Risk Assessment" to our managers and asked them to forward that to the parents/carers of players in our U10's to U16's teams.
Managers, parents and children must agree to all the procedures in the "Covid-19 Risk Assessment" before they are able to restart training sessions.
We hope you will understand and support the approach that we are taking. We have put these precautions in place to keep the players, parents, managers and Club Officials as safe as possible when we return to football activities.
If the guidelines from the Government or the FA change, we will adapt our Risk Assessment to reflect any changes.
